Camp Quality is a much-loved Australian charity that supports families with a child aged 0-15 years dealing with either their own cancer diagnosis or the diagnosis of a sibling or parent.
The charity’s mission is to help kids and their families build optimism and resilience towards their cancer experience – through community, education, and a huge dose of fun.
Family Camps
Camp Quality Family Camps give families much-needed time back—to relax, reconnect, and share stories with others going through something similar. These camps help build strength and resilience, and often lead to friendships that last well beyond the weekend. With amazing volunteers keeping the kids entertained and safe, parents get a chance to unwind, too. They’re also a great way to support kids who are impacted by a loved one’s cancer—like a parent, carer, or sibling—so they don’t miss out on those fun, carefree moments every child deserves.
Family Getaways
Family Getaways are designed for any Camp Quality family needing a breather from the intensity of the cancer experience. The Getaways offer families a chance to unwind and reconnect—whether taking a break from hospital life or enjoying time together after treatment. These restful retreats are held in holiday-style accommodation in locations around the country, with everything taken care of so families can simply focus on quality time together.
Camp Quality also run additional services and programs, including: virtual camps, family fun days, therapy, and hospital puppet playdates.
