Help us Beat the Number One Baby and Toddler Cancer

Only 50% of those children diagnosed with aggressive neuroblastoma will survive five years after diagnosis – and a third of those children that do survive, will have long term side effects from their treatments.

Neuroblastoma is the leading cause of death of children under five from cancer and the average age of diagnosis is just two years old.   It's a devastating childhood cancer.

Currently, only 10% of government cancer research funding goes to childhood cancers.  It simply isn't enough to support the research that's desperately needed. Lucy Jones, Neuroblastoma Australia, CEO

Your contribution will help us fund research projects focussed on neuroblastoma; encouraging the best and brightest to focus on this relatively overlooked and underfunded area. This is the best way to develop more treatments for this childhood cancer that are less toxic and more effective.

Research proposals are put forward to our world-class Scientific Advisory Board who select the most promising research for funding.
