For children facing neuroblastoma, life can often be defined by hospital visits, treatments, and uncertainty. But every so often, a moment of pure joy cuts through - and for Logan, that moment came in an unforgettable way.

Logan was diagnosed with neuroblastoma in 2021, when he was just 11 months old. While his initial treatment was successful, his family were devastated when he relapsed in January 2025. Since then, Logan has been undergoing further treatment with incredible strength and resilience.

Recently, Logan was given the chance to make a wish come true thanks to the incredible team at Make-A-Wish Australia.

A passionate AFL fan, Logan’s wish was to meet his heroes from the Collingwood Football Club, and in particular, his favourite player, Nick Daicos. What followed was a truly special experience.

Logan was invited to a Collingwood training session, where he met the players and spent time with Nick Daicos.

But the magic didn’t stop there.

In an extraordinary gesture, Nick Daicos arranged for Logan to run out onto the ground alongside Nick for his milestone 100th game - an experience Logan and his family will never forget.

These moments mean so much. In between the challenges of treatment, they offer joy, distraction, and the chance for children to simply be children again.

Neuroblastoma Australia extends heartfelt thanks to Make-A-Wish Australia, the Australian Football League, the Collingwood Football Club, and especially Nick Daicos for his kindness and generosity in making Logan's dream a reality.
